Service Booking System:
Whilst using Kerridge for billing the work-flow of
vehicles was a problem. A system was developed to
enable anyone at the dealership to take service
bookings. The system also tracks the vehicle status
throughout the day and reports on things like
"waiting for parts", "out on test", "in the wash"
etc.
A management module for loan vehicles, a separate
module for Formula 1 services are included and the
system has many other features. Job numbers are
allocated from Kerridge.
If you want to keep on top of customer
satisfaction this system has been designed to make
it easy for your staff to manage your day to day
service bookings.

There was a gap in managing new stock,
when it was ordered, what has been ordered -
specifications, who the customer is and
other details such as date expected and
whether import or local. This information
was previously managed using a spreadsheet
but an Intranet system was built with easy
reporting which made it simpler to manage and all
staff have immediate access. |
